What is the minimum lease term ?
We ask you stay for a minimum of 30-days however a nightly or weekly stay for recurring clients may be an option depending on our current availability.
What is included in a service package ?
Our services include the following :
‐ Rent, application fee, and administrative fee to the apartment community.
‐ Furniture for the entire apartment home.
‐ Housewares for the kitchen, bed, and bath.
‐ Greenery, artwork, and decor.
‐ TV, DVD, and high speed business grade internet.
‐ Water and trash, electric and gas services.
What size apartments do you offer ?
We offer one, two and three bedroom fully furnished apartment homes.
‐ One Bedrooms range from 600-1200 square feet.
‐ Two Bedrooms range from 800-1500 square feet.
‐ Three Bedrooms range from 1000-3000 square feet.
How are apartments furnished ?
We furnish every room of your apartment with luxurious executive-style furniture, featuring a personal and homy touch.
Dining Rooms : One and Two bedrooms receive a dining room table with 4 chairs and three bedrooms receive a dining room table with 6 chairs.
Living Rooms : Couch and love seat or chair, two end tables, two lamps, coffee table, Television, DVD player and a television stand.
Bedroom (Master) : Our units come standard with a queen size bed and headboard, two nightstands, two lamps and a dresser with a mirror. The bed sizes can be adjusted to meet your specific requirements.
Bedroom (all other) : Queen size bed with headboard, one nightstand, one lamp and a chest or dresser with mirror.
Do you conduct background checks ?
To ensure the safety and security of our properties, we conduct standard background checks on all of our clients.
How do I pay ?
We provide one invoice for all your services. We gladly accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks or we can set up a direct bill for all major corporations.
