Once a partnership is established, CHS is able to occupy units with as little as 48 hour notice, and vacate with as little as 24 hour notice.

Equity partnerships

CHS has currently invested upwards of $25 million USD in equity in various partnerships and real estate investment trust (both publicly traded and non-exchange traded). As residential multi-family project partner, we ask to occupy part or all of the funded building.

CHS partners with real estate owners and developers during any phase of a project, whether it be during entitlement, construction, lease up, or operating asset. Our developer partners see an average NOI boost of 25%.
